EXERCISE

If you want to have more energy and intelligence then you may want to start exercising. If you have low energy then exercise. If you want to be more creative then exercise. Your body is an extension of your mind. Do you want to have a sharper mind? Do you want to make more money? Do you want to have better relationships? Whatever it is that you want to do in life you do it with your body and mind. Exercise will help you get there.

We have a lot of intelligence in our body from the head down. We are taught to think and use only our heads. We think life happens in the head but we have an entire body below the head that is part of our brain. Your body is your unconscious which is all the intelligence that is typically untapped. Based on the intelligence of your body, your heart is beating and your stomach is digesting the food you eat.

Exercise is education. Exercise is the way of intelligence. You must exercise. It’s not some superficial goal achievement for gaining muscle and loosing fat, but it’s something that is for maintaining and growing yourself to a fully functioning human being. It doesn’t matter what type of exercise you like to do. Just do it. Exercise! Exercise! Exercise!
